Return Period: You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

Cost of Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance for items over Rs.10,000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item following the steps outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
